Postage and Delivery within the UK
Standard postage is £3.50 and items will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery, often within a couple of days if the item is in stock. Your items will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you would like an estimate of delivery time, please email me prior to placing your order.
If you require Royal Mail Special delivery, which will insure for a value over £46, this will cost £4.50. Your items will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Delivery to European countries is charged at £8.00 per order. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail's Airsure and will need to be signed for upon delivery.
Delivery to the following countries within the rest of the World: Australia, U.S.A. Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, UAE and Switzerland. Delivery is charged at £11.00 per order and orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of the date of your order, if your items are in stock.
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail's Airsure (or International Signed For, where this is not available) and will need to be signed for upon delivery.
You can choose which address you would like your order to be delivered to during the checkout process.
Late or lost deliveries
If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order please email me and I will do my best to help you trace it. I will provide you with the Royal Mail tracking number so that you can enquire about your delivery with Royal Mail directly.
In the event of a non-delivery, I can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days, when Royal Mail will confirm that the parcel is lost. I cannot be held responsible for late or lost delivery.
If your order is returned to me because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Refunds and Returns
We are only able to process refunds and returns when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods. Refunds, as well as any excess or credit due on an exchange, will be made to the original payment card used for your order.
Refunds will be given if items are returned unworn and in their original packaging within 21 days of delivery. However for hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.
Bespoke items, or items which have been tailored to your individual requirements, cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note that we do not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returns postage. For your own protection you should obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office so that you can claim from them for any lost parcels.
